Surviving Breast Cancer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . the healthy way

Promoting breast cancer health, the healthy way, is our goal at The Bra-cketbook Foundation.

Begin by adding the following supplements to your diet - vitamin B, C, D , E, fish oil (3-6-9), a baby aspirin and acidophilus.  That's a good start!

Remove the following from your diet  - chicken that is not organic, pork, red meat, sugar, anything white (potatoes, bread, rice), wheat, canned foods, processed foods, packaged foods, sodas, artificial sweetners, dairy products . . .  Replace cow products with sheep and goat products.

Exercise about 30 -60 minutes daily and consider practicing yoga.  Drink 8 glasses of water daily.  Limit alcohol intake and remember red wine has more antioxidants than white.   Replace saccharin with Stevia.  Avoid honey and replace with molasses or agave nectar.   Add green tea for more antioxidants. Substitute cow's milk with soy milk, almond milk or rice milk.

Foods to consider adding to your diet - sweet potatoes, brown rice, raw vegetables, leafy greens, fruit ( not dried ), almonds,  oatmeal . . .

This is not just a cancer free diet.  It is a healthy living diet that I encourage you to pass onto your family and friends.
